Jeseníky singletrack and bike parks attract big and small bikers 25.05.2020 - Tomáš Rak vložil article 25.05.2020 07:03 Jesenicko is an unquestionable centre of mountain bike and adrenaline lovers. The magical landscape of Rychleb is crisscrossed by world-famous singletracks and the famous ski slopes turn into downhill mountain bike trails in summer. Some of them can even be mastered by children. The Rychlebské trails are an imaginary Mecca for Czech and foreign bikers. The network of bike trails, which were created ten years ago in the vicinity of Černá Voda, are truly unique in the world. The modified old hunting trails in deep beech forests dotted with wandering boulders, rocks and flooded quarries offer fun for real connoisseurs. At the same time, some of the trails are perfect for the first biking adventures of true beginners, big and small. The trails in Lipová-lázní are less demanding than the Rychlebské trails. Bikers and cyclists alike can ride the smooth gravel in switchbacks and waves, and the small size makes them perfect for families and children. You can test your biking versatility on a total of eight kilometres of off-road waves and jumps in rugged terrain, woods and meadows. In Lipová-lázní you will learn the basic technique and habits of off-road riding, which you will later apply when visiting Černá Voda. Since last year, you can also find a smaller network of bike trails in the suburban forest in the north of Šumperk. The Tulinka singletrails below Kokeš Hill are short, but there is no shortage of experiences on them. A hot new feature of this season are the trails below Králický Sněžník. They are gradually being built in Hynčice pod Sušinou near the Kraličák ski area and are already attracting bikers' treasures. However, the intoxication of adrenaline-fuelled downhill skiing can be experienced even without working hard on the ascending trails. A cable car in the Jeseníky bike parks will take you to the downhill experience. The bikepark in Kouty nad Desnou offers a total of fourteen kilometres of adrenaline-fuelled riding through terrain waves, hairpin bends and steep descents through the forest, with the occasional root or rock. In the close vicinity of the Kouty bike park, the Kareš bike park was built last year. It is not as "famous" or as extensive as the Kouty area, but it certainly does not lag behind its neighbour in terms of the offer for visitors looking for unforgettable experiences. | |
