This varied exposition on the history of the town contains archaeological finds, the coats of arms of the particular owners of the town, the remnants of the activities of local guilds, pen-and-ink drawings, old photography and a range of additional interesting items. A permanent exhibition is dedicated to the Zábřeh native, the traveller and polar explorer Jan Eskimo Welzl.
